If there is no availability at the theaters you request and you choose the option to, "book a different theater within a 30 mile radius", the distributor will book your screening and will notify you where the screening is booked.
If there is no availability at the theaters you request and you choose the option to, "cancel and refund my screening", the distributor will not book your screening and you will get your money back.
Screenings that are booked according to the preferences you submit cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
